The wide woven border is what registers before anyone has touched anything — the least expensive luxury signal in a hotel bathroom, and the first one a guest clocks. It also photographs clean, which matters more than most people admit.

Untwisted yarn leaves the terry open instead of coiled. It drinks faster and lands softer. Guests won’t be able to tell you what’s different about it. They’ll just reach for it again.

Lofted fiber delivers a full hand at a lower finished weight. Less water leaves the washer, the dry cycle runs shorter, and that compounds on every turn — gas, labor, and how long your linen room stays tied up.

The best linen in a hotel is the linen nobody has to think about.
It’s there, it’s soft, it’s the same on the four-hundredth wash as it was on the first. Housekeeping isn’t pulling it from the par. Purchasing isn’t fielding calls about it. The guest never once has to consider it.
That’s the whole idea behind Hush. It’s our own label — which we can do because Universal isn’t only a distributor. We manufacture. We specify the yarn, set the weight, and choose the mill, rather than reselling whatever a brand decided to make this year. Nothing goes into the line that we wouldn’t put in a property of our own.
